Banana Chocolate Smoothie
This delicious shake from the Digest Diet should curb cravings and help you lose weight as part of the overall plan.
Ingredients
โข ยพ cup (6 oz.) nonfat yogurt
โข ยผ cup light coconut milk
โข 3 tbs. nonfat milk powder
โข 2 tbs. honey
โข ยฝ tsp. vanilla extract
โข 4 ice cubes
โข 1 banana
โข 1 tbs. almond butter
โข 1 tsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
Combine all ingredients in a blender, and mix until nice and frothy.
Fat Releasers: dairy (yogurt), light coconut milk, honey, fiber (banana), healthy fat (almond butter), cocoa powder.
